How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 and on all Buy 2 bundle purchases.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking link provided to follow your shipment in real time.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Avelux Glide PRO™ heats up quickly and is ready for styling in seconds.

Is it safe for all hair types?

Yes. The adjustable temperature settings allow you to customise the heat level to suit fine, normal, or thick hair.

Can I use it while charging?

For safety and performance reasons, we recommend using the device once fully charged.

Does it damage hair?

Avelux Glide PRO™ uses intelligent temperature control and ceramic heating technology designed to provide even heat and reduce excessive damage compared to traditional styling tools.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30–60 day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, please contact our support team to begin the return process.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
