Return Window

We offer a 30–60 day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging where possible

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Our team will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
